Esta banda noruega fue formada en 1992, y es conocida sobre todo por sus primeros albumes que tuvieron gran influencia en los géneros gothic metal y doom metal. Con sus primeros 3 discos se convirtieron en una banda pionera de la escena gótica escandinava. Sin embargo, a partir del album "Musique" (2000) evolucionan hacia sonidos más propios del industrial y el trance metal. Storm es su sexto album de estudio y fue editado en marzo de 2006 bajo el sello Nuclearblast. Presenta a la nueva vocalista Nell Sigland. En la presente Limited Edition, se agrega el bonus "Highlights" en el track 7.

Krypteria es una banda formada en 2004. Su frontwoman Ji-In Cho, tiene la particularidad de ser coreana mientras que los demás integrantes de la banda son alemanes: Chris Siemons en guitarra, Frank Stumvoll en bajo y S.C Kuschernerus en batería. Leí en varias reseñas en la web sobre la similitud del tono de voz de Ji-In Cho con el de Andrea Dätwyler de la banda suiza Lunatica y por momentos con el de Amy Lee de Evanescence. Juzguenlo ustededes mismos escuchando este Ep editado en 2006 bajo el sello Synergy Records.

Opeth - My Arms, Your Hearse (Limited Edition Reissue 2003)

Este impecable album de Opeth fue editado por Candlelight el 18 de Agosto de 1998, bajo la producción de Fredrik Nordström, Anders Fridén y la banda. Su estilo se aleja bastante de sus predecesores. Los tracks no pasan los 10 minutos, además de que su sonido general es más pesado, más producido, y contiene pocos fragmentos acústicos suaves. Según lo que leí en una entrevista realizada por "El Lado Oscuro Magazine" a Martin Lopez, baterista de la banda en ese entonces, este sería su disco favorito del grupo.
Les dejo por acá la edición limitada que re-editaron en 2003, conteniendo dos covers a modo de bonus tracks: "Circle Of The Tyrants" de Celtic Frost y "Remember Tomorrow" de Iron Maiden.
