Hollenthon es una banda austríaca formada en 1994 por Martin Schirenc. Su sonido es sinfónico y extremo. Contiene influencias tanto del black y el death metal como de la música clásica. Las voces masculinas van desde guturales hasta operísticas, incluyendo a además voces femeninas.
Opus Magnum es su tercer álbum a editarse el 30 de Mayo de 2008 a través de Napalm Records.
