El 29 de Enero de 2008 el sello Roadrunner Records editó un nuevo album compilatorio "The Best Of", con lo mejor de esta arrolladora banda norteamericana. Consta de 13 tracks extraídos de los albumes "Slowly We Rot" (1989) [1-3], "Cause Of Death" (1990) [4-6], "The End Complete" (1992) [7-8], "World Demise" (1994) [9-11], "Back From The Dead" (1997) [12] y "Frozen In Time" (2005) [13]. Hay tracks en versiones originales pero la mayoría son reeditados.
